Please contact Customer Service at 1-212-343-8391 or via mailto:email@example.com for any questions on returns. At this time our goods are made to order or special-order items, they do not qualify for refunds or returns. Please see our faulty goods clause below if a merchandise is sent damaged.
U.S. DOMESTIC RETURNS:
Book a collection with USPS by visiting www.usps.gov/pickup/ and requesting a free USPS package pickup. Please use our account number that was provided in your RMA email when scheduling a pickup. Print out the label and attach it to the outside of the parcel. Please print or save a copy of the label for your records. Only applicable for Damaged or Faulty Goods
Book a collection with DHL either over the phone or online at www.dhl.com. Please use our account number that was provided in your RMA email when scheduling a pickup. Print out the label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, leaving the parcel open until the driver has checked the contents. Please print or save a copy of the label for your records.
Please note: if you are returning items to multiple brands, you will need to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for each brand individually. Please let our customer service team know that you wish to return product(s) from different/multiple brands. They will provide separate shipping labels for each brand you wish to return product to.

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. US Domestic orders will be refunded full value of order less shipping and restocking fee.
International orders will be refunded less shipping and restocking fee.
Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account once the returned item is received.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on STUDIO ZUNG. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
